Filter pressure is recorded before and after every service, with backwashing or filter cleaning carried out whenever it's actually needed — decisions, not guesswork.
What's covered on the day
We come out, do the work, and leave you with a clear record of it.
- Removal of leaves, debris and surface contaminants
- Brushing of pool walls, steps, tile line and waterline
- Vacuuming as required
- Emptying of skimmer and pump baskets
- Inspection and tidy-up of the equipment area
- Checks of the pump, filter, visible pipework, valves and chlorinator or sanitising system
- Professional water testing and chemical balancing
- Chemistry report emailed after the service
- Service notes and relevant before-and-after photos provided
